Mini Case: Stephenson Real Estate Recapitalization

Stephenson Real Estate Recapitalization
Stephenson Real Estate Company was founded 25 years ago by the current CEO, Robert Stephenson. The company purchases real estate, including land and buildings, and rents the property to tenants.
