Strengths * Resilient This was shown by winning awards for this particular skill, this shows that I don’t give up and will never let things get to me which means I will force success even when it looks unlikely. * Communicator I feel that I can communicate well, as part of a team or even in front of an audience, I’ve shown this in task that I completed at college where I’ve had to produce and present to a class of students * Leadership I feel that I’m someone that people listen to and will follow, have key quality’s that a good leader should have, I’ve shown this when I was the leader of my markets stall challenge, and successful came up with the idea that we ended up using for the three market stalls * Motivated I feel when it comes to self-motivating yourself I am very good at this, this is shown by my GCSE results, even though I missed a huge chunk of my high school due to an chronic illness , from year 8 to 11, I still managed to come out will some decent grades * Confident I feel that I am I very confidant young person this has come out through personal experience, an example of this, people able to speak my mind during class discussion or even when I feel something need to change I’ll be the first one to put my point across * Practical/ realistic I feel that I am a very practical person, I know when I should do thing and when I shouldn’t, an example of this is when I was given the decision either continue and become a scholar at Watford academy or to continue with my education. | Weaknesses * Inpatient I feel that I can be very inpatient, I feel that I was way want ting to happened straight away and I don’t like having to wait for thing, evidence of this is through regular being told to wait * Talkative This is mainly seen when I am in a large group I feel this is a weakness I miss other people conversations, evidence for this
