On May 25, 1997, in Primm, Nevada at a local casino, 7-year-old Sherrice Iverson was sexually assaulted and killed by a man named Jeremy Strohmeyer, who was 18 at the time and David cash who was never tired in court. Cash is completely responsible for her death, people could argue “he didn't physically touch her so he shouldn't be convicted”. But guilty by association and is just very sick and disgusting and anyone who believes that's right to watch someone gets raped and killed should go to jail and be put on a sex offender list. Cash had the opportunity to save someone's life but instead, he was being selfish by trying to possibly cover for his friend, he knew he wasn't going to be found convicted anyways. Cash also had the choice to go with Strohmeyer to find the Iverson and take her to the bathroom. I know the Strohmeyer didn't get her in their all by himself. Cash was involved somehow, watching lookout, holding the door, holding her down perhaps. The court should have been more sensitive to the situation and found another reason to have him appear in court. …show more content…
All he cared about is the well being and the safety and security of himself. He didn’t want to get involved because he knew it wouldn't be safe and in his best interest if he did. The minute he stepped in, the security of his property, himself, reputation would be on the lie, like any selfish person he wasn’t willing to risk
