This book is manly about two kids named Greg and Rowley also his two brothers and mom and dad.First greg is trying to find something to do for the summer then his friend rowley invites him to go to the country club with him.So he goes and they swim and order food and a lot of smoothies.Later on he his friends dad come to talk with his parents and they're talking about the bill they got from ordering all the stuff and the parents aren't going to pay for it so the tell greg that he has to pay for it himself so he gets rowley and they both come up with ideas for jobs they can do.After a little while the look throw the newspaper then they come up with an idea that there gonna cut grass.But they have to make their posters for their business but greg's dad isn't going to print them out so they buy a birthday card and make it into a business card but they only have one so they went to houses and told them about their business.then they got his grandma's friend as a customer.But they don't have a …show more content…
So they get the lawnmower than greg tells rowley to do it all because he needs to count the money than rowley conplans that greg is to lazy so he quits.Now he has to do it himself so his grandma friend has a dog so he stayed at least 10 ft away from it.So when he said he was finished the friend of his grandma said she's not going to pay him Because he left patches
