with an element of personal touch, but as the Bakery grew in their operations, the same

element was lost, and there was less of a individual one to one interaction, and more of

electronic communication. People felt wanted in the organization.

There were various cultures involved in the company, and therefore changes could and so

differences could exist due to the same reason.

The company had appointed people from 7 different countries, thus there could be clashes

in each ones ideals and values.

b) The only suggestions to improve or change the communication channels to be more

productive and effective, are to change the channels of communication, from paper

based memos to more electronic communication channels like e-mails, tele and video

conferencing. The other option is to start the usage of mixed communication channels,

such as a mixture of both the electronic communication and face to face interaction. That

is discuss with employees in a meeting, as well as send an e- mail, which would definitely

help the organization in getting the ideas of people and on the other hand, also keep a

record and track of all conversations that take place between the employees and the top

management.
