CM attempted to return Susan Buffield (EMYL Clinician) voicemail regarding transporting Tavian (youth) home for Thanksgiving break. CM left Susan a detailed message informing her that CM would not be able to transport youth home for Thanksgiving vacation, if he cannot come home after the treatment meeting on 11/16/16. CM requested to be contacted to discuss this matter in more detail.
CM received a call from Tavian (youth) to confirm that CM is transporting his father to EMYL on 11/16/16. CM confirmed.
CM spoke to Mr. Kirkland (parent) to inform him that CM will transport him to EMYL on 11/16/16. Mr. Kirkland confirmed and CM informed caregiver that she would not be able to transport youth home for Thanksgiving
