Introduction

The office of the telecommunication authority of the Hong Kong special administrative region has announced that is has agreed on allowing privatizing PCCW, one of the largest and most comprehensive communication providers in Hong Kong.
The news about that the second large-scale layoffs this year PCCW dismissed 71 people who works in the customer service .The company dismissed a large number of staff within for months. Affected employees may receive additional compensation for years. PCCW Employees General Union dissatisfaction with the company 's practices, and believes that the company is not sufficient to dismiss. This is mainly retrenched employees customer service center staff, including staff handling complaints and technical support .in addition to obtaining compensation for their labor laws by, but also by years of compensation per year of service, more than half a month 's salary to a maximum amount of compensation for six months. PCCW union dissatisfaction with the company's action, Lots of protester and asked the company to tell wise reasons. The employees are fear that the companies will massive layoffs once again. Employees are both economical and mental harm.
After this news happed, the following it should be explored the reason behind the company's way of doing things and analyze the reasons. And whether there is a problem on their company’s human recourses or giving some better suggestions to solve this problem.
