Back stabbed.. After friday night's bad experience at the club, I was told that the genetic girls (which were brought in to augment our numbers as the ts girls are notoriously hard to get to come in) would be de-emphazied. Not fired, just de-emphasized, and only brought in if circumstances absolutely demanded it.
For the last two Friday's we had plenty of tgirls, but still we had a bunch of genetic girls, because no one was keepng a schedule.
So hardly any of us made even our house fees,and everyone had to scramble to find people to flirt with/lap dance with, whatever it is that we strippers do.
This last friday, on a day that was very tense as another co worker's job was on the line for basically pissing off another tgirl outside of the club (a bullshit reason), I just happened to go up to the wrong guy.
It was nearing the end of the night and I hadn't made any money, but apparently the guy I went to was there to see one of the cis-gendered females. When I apptempted to flirt with him, I got the whole "You're a guy" and "I'm not a faggot' stuff, and it quickly escalated from that. I was like "why are you even here?" which is the question I had to ask. I also learned later that earier, someone overheard him telling me to "go home"
If a TS strip club is a safe haven for ts girls, and THEIR ADMIRERS, then the customer base is comfortable with being there. I threatened to quit over this and I was told that the genetic girls working the night shift would be let go, or de-emphazised at the least. Since day one the day shift girls (who used to work night shift), have been resentful that us tgirls took their nights.
But now I've learned that management thinks the cis-girls break the ice for the trans-curious guys. Sadly, I have more than enough evidence that suggests completely otherwise.
Like I said, when it's trannies and tranny chasers, no one is judging them for liking girls with cocks. But hey! Let's throw some straight, transphobic guys into the mix! And some hot girls that are tiny and really highlight the difference between them and us. That's gonna be a disaster.
So now guys are going to be judged by straight transphobic people and women who don't like us either.
Worse still, if we know all the guys are there to just see us, we can flirt with any of them and know what to expect. Now we have to second guess who is into what? Sure, you can field the question "so, you're here for the special girls", but think of the scenario that probably led to that guy being rude to me-
There were too many girls working that night, and not enough guys inthe club. So you know that every tgirls who was desperatley wanting to give a lap dance and make some $ probably came up to that asshole. At what point did he reach the breaking point and pull the whole "go home, I'm not a faggot" thing? probably had been brewing all night.
And some of the tgirls are so hot, what if someone thinks their getting a girl without that extra "surprise", and they do? That's a dangerous situation.
I can't work in a place like that, and I doubt the other tgirls will put up with that for much longer. You think you have trouble getting tgirls to work, you take away that safe haven from trnasphobia and you've got a violent situation waiting to happen.
I have worked too hard, for too long to not get myself into those situations.
And sadly, unless things change there (and it WAS working, that's what kills me), I can't work there.
So if you got to see me at The Satin Doll, consider yourself lucky. I know tgirls are probably happy to see me go as I always did well there and now it means that presumably they'll get a bigger slice of the pie, but watch how long the intergrated genetic girls (who resent us for taking their night jobs) the trans phobic clients will make this work.
Sorry, I can't do this. I don't know what I'm going to do for money this winter, as I don't want to escort and I just just booted my housemate and my heat is on the verge of breaking, but I'm only telling the truth here. Unless things change, I'm not going to be there. And I know I'm not the only tgirl who feels that way (and this is nothing personally against the girls themselves, it's only for the people that come FOR them)..
Most telling, was there was one guy in the club, who came for the tgirls. At some point, I noticed a cis-girl giving him a free lap dance, not even in the lap dance area. Later on, I asked him why he came there
And he was like "I really am not sure why". Yay. we could've switched him over to our team, but great, some tiny girl with a vagina turned him back.
Yay. Just what I want. I can't work in a place like this.
