When I read the story of Omayra Sanchez it was very short and straight to the point. The story about a tragedy and the heartbreak you felt about the loss of a child. When reading the article that did not include the picture, you try to understand how someone felt. But when seeing a visual image of something it put words in better meaning on what happened or going on. The mother emotions on the picture shows more to the story.
When I read the speech by Sojourner Truth "Ain't I a woman", I was a confused. How the words were written was confusing and all over everywhere. I know people talk different back in the years.
