Although he was told that he could never understand the message written in that list but with the hope of meeting Sally for the last time, he kept it safe with him and died right after handing it over to Sally. He met Sally when he was a flirtatious young chap, and after several years, as an aged man in a hospital where upon seeing Sally for the second and the last time, he recalls, "It was raining when we met." To which she replied, "It's the same rain." The paramount example of the sci-fi genre relates to the explanation of time as ‘a big ball of wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey stuff by Dr Who. This refers to the fact that ‘Blink” is not entirely related to the theories of science or time travel only but it mainly depicts the link to the development of the characters and the plot. In a nutshell, the plot of ‘Blink’ was captivating and was interlaced with intrigue yet the element of humour in certain scenes was not missing. As the plot meets its end, it seems difficult to comprehend as to how the plot developed in such a short span of time. We find two relationships in the story, and the most surprising element in the whole plot was how the story mainly revolved around Dr Who and his cryptic messages, yet the antagonists disguised as the Weeping-Angels met their end without ever encountering the Doctor himself...
