Malaysia  History of product or service provision within selected country/countries: according to the location and culture between Malaysia and Australia, there are several similarities and closed geography location. The travel histories between these two countries can data back to many hundred years ago by business.
 Trade routes and modes of transport available to destination countries: Australia and Malaysia has developed water transportation and fixed trade routes that provide a very nice situation for both counties.  Cultural and political groupings: Closed geography location provides both countries a convenient transportation conditions and historicalinfluences. There are very flexible cultural exchange activities and policy of both sides to have business and tourism.

Price sensitivity is measured with the price elasticity of demand. For instance, customers are not willing to pay extra fees for additional fees, such as seat choosing and small products. Customers are seeking for good quality goods with less price sensitive than bargain
