Golf is for All Ages When most people think of golf, they think of soft voices and a calm setting. This, however, is not accurate at Topgolf. As people drive down the highway, the tall nets of Topgolf can easily be seen, attracting customers in from miles away. Walking into Topgolf, located in The Colony, Texas, can be very overwhelming for many first time guests. The Topgolf mission is, “to produce extraordinary sports and entertainment experiences through actively engaged Associates” ("About Us"). The active associates will not let guests feel anxious. As customers walk up two flights of stairs, the first thing they may see is a couch next to the sliding doors. This invites the guests into a very comfortable and approachable setting. On the third floor, before one steps outside through the sliding glass doors, there is one television, a couch, and a foosball table for their entertainment. With such a large facility, there are endless amounts of opportunity to have a good time while guests wait at Topgolf. In addition to the small area by the stairs, there is also a terrace to the right of the floor. On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights DJ D-Train creates the wild and entertaining mood on the patio stage. One will likely see groups dancing, singing, and playing games, such as large Jenga, on the terrace. This creates an exciting environment for everyone to hangout. Giving the customers an opportunity to express themselves in different ways, like dancing, allows everyone to be themselves and enjoy the company of friends and family.
