1. Discuss the steps in the training and development process and why each should be included.
There are ten stages in the training and development process, they are determining specific training, development needs, establish specific training, development objectives, select training, development methods and delivery system, Implement training, development programs, Evaluate training and development programs. To know what is needed analysis must be done for one all level to find what works and don’t work for the company and its employees.
2. What should trainers keep in mind if they want to make it easier for trainees to understand and remember material that is taught?
The objective must be very clear so as to achieve organizational goals. Without this guideline, it would be hard to create an arcuate program that is helpful to the organization. When Trainer are putting these classes together they have to know the information and put it out in a way the employees will retain it.
3. Briefly describe the precautions employers should follow to prevent legal problems relative to training programs.
It would be a good to planned the training in advance overlapping it with terminations this would assist in seeing what went wrong and where the employees need improvements. These types of analysis are importance in developing and training your staff the more you train and teach them on a regular basis you give them the tools to succeed and not only achieve their goals but the company goal
4. Discuss the concept of management development, giving examples of the types of training that can be used for management development.
