On UMBC’s campus, there is a great number of parking spaces in different zones. Each zone is different letter and color symbols, which refer to particular people (whether they are staff, students, or faculty). Zone A with red color refers to the commuter students, zone B with green color for the Walker community residents, zone C with gold color refers to the residential students, zone D with purple color refers to the faculty and staff and includes daily permits, zone E with purple color refers to the gated faculty and staff, and zone F with orange color refers to the freshman resident students.
