This is a lease agreement contract between Chinyere Udeh, and Fordleigh Associates, LLC on January 2014 to 31st December of 2014 of an annual rental of seven thousand eight hundred dollars; payable in equal monthly installments of six hundred fifty dollars. Also, the premise is in an apartment community; this lease is on the following terms, covenants, rules, and regulations which that landlord and resident agree to keep and perform. Landlord, and resident agreed that the security deposit was $650 which were paid prior on moving in.
