The Crayon Box That Talked Everyone has a story, not a single one the same. That is what makes us different from one another, but we all should be treated the same. People are different in their own little ways, but that does not make them any less human. In todays society everyone deserves the same opportunities and should be treated equal to one another. We as people all live in the same world, we just have different perspectives on the way we see things and other people, just like the crayons in the poem “The Crayon Box That Talked”. We as humans all live in the same world, but each and every one of us is a little different from the person next to us. Our beliefs, our race, our style, our background, etc. is always going to be a little bit different compared to the person next to us. We may believe in the same things or even have the same style but some way or another we disagree on another trait. No two people are exactly alike or believe in the exact same things. Just like the crayons in the poem. They all come in the same box, but every one of them is different from the crayon they are sitting next to. If it were not for all of us technology would not be as advanced as it is, or we would not be learning new things each day. We may all be different but that is what makes the world a better place. With all of the different knowledge we all carry with us we can each help one another become more advanced in another field of study. When coloring a picture, it would not be a pretty picture if we did not use all of the colors in the box. Just because they are different does not mean that we do not need them. We may just need them for different things. We all know that when drawing a sun we color it yellow, so if we colored the sun purple it would look ridiculous. Each color helps make certain objects in a picture pretty. They all have a specific purpose, just like we as people do. We all are set of to do specific things, but when we put all of our ideas together we get a much greater picture and a better outcome on things. Just as crayons are all different, some being duller in color than others, some are bright, some are sharp, others are only seen on dark colored paper, while others are seen only on light colored paper, we as people are just the same. We may have different traits but when you put us all together as a whole you notice the differences but we are still the same. Some people are smarter, some are prettier, others have dark skin, while others have light, some people have short hair, while others have long hair. We all are different in our own ways but we benefit our world by putting all of our differences together to make the world a better place to live in. When putting our minds together we can come up with new things that others have yet to come up with, but that would not be possible if we were not willing to work together as a group, or as one. In conclusion, we as humans are all different in our own little ways. No two people are exactly alike or believe in the same things. We each have our own beliefs and our own backgrounds, but when we come together as a whole we are the same. We are the same in ways by which we are here to help one another and as a whole we can each contribute our own strengths to make the world a better place. If only one person put forth the effort we would not be nearly as advanced as we are today.
