Looking at apples top executives workers and the workers who work at the factory that produces apple products, I can see one problem that needs to be dealt with and this is the comparison of the pay of the workers to the executive workers and the executive workers will get 441 million for their compensation and looking at this I see that it is not ethical and it is wrong because that amount is the same as 95,000 Chinese factory workers put together which proves that apple are not meeting the needs of their employees and they are not treating them ethically.
The top executive are also entitled to get a stock reward which comes up to $376 million this is unethical because the workers at the factory do not get a single amount from this money and this will lead to unhappy staff at the plantation which will then want to leave the business.
For the workers at the factories they will have a say about the conditions they work in and the pay however they will have not have much of an impact with their suggestions as apple say that they take It into consideration however they see that there isn’t a change in the environment the work in and their pay. the consequences of the employees will be that they will not work as hard as there isn’t anything there that is motivating them as much as the pay is not right and the working condition are not good either so they may want to quit their
The shareholders will not worry about the production of the products as long as they are still getting money through the shares that they have at the company and this is good for them as they will still be making a lot of money as apple have a lot of customers worldwide that indulge on buying apple products.
The government will agree with the work that is going on with apple as they will want people in their country to work as it shows the good side of the country however the consequences are that people will hate the government more for what is happening with the pay rate and rough working conditions.
Some customers will not care about the situation that is happening in china as long as they get their yearly products from apple they will be happy with the company however the consequences are that the customers will be blinded to the true side of apple factory workers and this is bad because it they are not looking at the risks that the employees have to go through in their daily lives.
