Introduction
In this assignment I will be demonstrating how to solve problem in internet use for four different types of business activities.
Task 1
Error messages
Error messages occur when the internet alert system providers have to inform uses of an error that has already occurred. These error messages usually shown in a dialogue box but they can also be shown in the form of a notification or a bubble or a balloon. Minor errors may be displayed in a status bar, a small portion of an application's window that can display brief messages to the user.
An example of a error message is shown below;
If you save a document with a unrecognised name then you will get message asking you to save it with a valid name.

Task 2
Undelivered emails
Just like an invalid document name if you do not send an email to a correct email address then you will get an email from Microsoft informing you that your email is not sent so you must always ensure that you have entered a valid email address. There can be other reasons why emails are not delivered for example the hardware or software problems with the email server may have prevented email delivery or the email address may no longer be valid. Or if the email has an attachment then it may be not be delivered because of the attachment's extension or size.
Before contacting the ICT helpdesk we can do several checks such as; * Check your email settings * Open a webpage and check if your internet connection works * Call the person you are emailing to find out if her or his mailbox is full * Check the email error report for explanations of the delivery failure. The messages in this report provide important reasons why your email couldn't be delivered.
