INTERNAL AUDIENCE * USE OF MEMOS
A memo is usually brief written message from one person or department in an organization, company, etc., to another. In LG there is no such usage of memos in the department. The main focus is on the letters and emails to deliver a message within the organization or outside the organization. Email is more preferred in LG because its time efficient and cost efficient too. * USE OF LETTER HEAD
In LG culture only one type of letter head is used for various purposes i.e. a simple letter head with LG logo on top of it is used. These letter heads are used for any type of information which organization has to send weather internally or externally. Other than this same format is used for making of any sort of certificates or the invitation that company sends to officials.
Similarly the letters for the banks and other legal activities also have the similar type of letter head. Even in the case of appointments, warnings and appraisals to staff the same letter head is used.

METHOD OF WRITING AGENDA AND TAKING MINUTES
In LG while writing or discussing an agenda the first thing they do is that they inform the meeting participants that what is the basic purpose or goal is in conducting that particular meeting and what conclusion is being expected from that meeting and the discussion. Also the end Goal of meeting is pointed out and how this is going to be executed is discussed.

Where as the minutes of the meeting would be conducted by writing it down i.e. when did the meeting start? Who were the participants? Who contributed what? Who suggested what? Same as the dialogue writing
This all process is written in bullets form.

MANNAR OF CONDUCTING MEETINGS
In LG the meetings that are conducted are neither extremely formal nor they are extremely informal. Everyone in the meeting has the equal right to speak however he must be careful with the tone of his voice and must keep in mind the others person position. The general meetings are done in a pleasant atmosphere and there is no such hard and fast rule regarding clothing and other things.

COMMUNICATION METHIDS USED
There are various communication methods used in LG organization in order to interact with people within the organization and outside the organization. As mentioned above the most common method used to communicate are the Emails, one to one meetings or group meetings, also the bulletin board is used if someone wants to deliver a message to staff he can put a notice there as well. There can be both formal communication between the employees as well as the informal communication between the peers or collogues as they can even text message the other person also depending upon the frankness and respect level.
Whereas the signs or the instructions can either be discussed or written on the white board which is present in the meeting room so everyone can read it. Other than that emails are preferred also to instruct someone or even the group mail to more than one staff members.

* SEATING ARRANGEMENTS
In LG there is no such seating arrangements as there is an open desk policy used in LG organization. There are not allotted cubicles or cabins and the previous ones are demolished due to change in the culture of LG. The main purpose to do this is that LG management wanted that be it seniors or juniors all should learn to work together without being divided in classifications. There are separate rooms made but anyone can walk in and out and sit where they want too. This system is adopted by the rules formed by GULF and LG head branch in DUBAI. Currently as far as the room of GM and few other departments are concerned they are allotted to a specific person because of the matter of confidential information. Such as Accounts and Audit managers have separate rooms also along with GM.

In future LG is planning that there would be just one office of Gm and would be placed in such a manner that he would be able to keep an eye on everyone as every other person in the office would have his/her table in front of GM.

* COLOR SCHEMES
As far as the dress color is concerned the people working in the office are not bound to wear a specific color but the sales men and other people representing the brand LG are supposed to wear RED polo shirt with LG logo on it and black pant. Color schemes used in LG office are red and white. The walls are painted white but similarly have red LG logo on them at various places.
So we can say that the main color scheme that LG has used is white and red which reflects their brand and their logo.

* Lights and Facilities available

The interplay between the lighting system, colors and facilities available has a huge impact on the general feel and design. In LG basic provisions for everything are present such as tables chairs etc. other than that there are water dispensers for clean and pure water both cold and warm for employees. There are also rest rooms available for employees to stretch and relax for short time if they want to. Also there is a separate smoking area as well as the prayer rooms in Pakistan branch of LG. as LG is an electronic company every latest gadget is available such as latest TV in the office, HD projectors and screens also computers and laptops.
Lighting facilities provided in LG head branch and other branches are up to the mark. There are brightly lit rooms and not a dull atmosphere which provides a pleasant working experience. The lights are bright that’s enhances a positive energy and feeling amng employees
