To Whom it May Concern,
I am interested in obtaining casual employment in a customer service role. I am available to work weekends and most weekdays after school. I am 18 years old and I enjoy opportunities for learning new skills.

I am confident that I could be a valuable member of your staff as I am capable of working by myself and as a part of a team, I like to interact with and meet people and I am very polite. I am also a fast learner and work well under pressure. I am currently completing Year 12 VCE and can manage my regular subject load along with additional commitments to 1 Certificate III courses that I am completing as part of VET (Vocational Education and Training).

I have had experience interacting with a range of people through my Year 10 work experience placement at Cornerstone HR where I was the first point of contact, either on the phone or face-to-face, with the candidates that were applying for positions with the company. I greeted candidates, assisted in booking candidates for interviews and job placements and entered data into the company’s computer program. I had to be well organised, flexible and efficient in order to complete my designated tasks.

I would appreciate the opportunity to speak more with you about my application at an interview if required. I can be contacted on 0425 427 669 or a message can be left for me at this number. I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
Raechel
