I am writing this in reply to a letter I have recieved by Molina regarding the denyal of my request for shoe orthitics. If the notes in the report states I have pes planus (flat feet), then how do I have high arches? pes planus: people with flat feet or fallen arches either have no arch, or it is very low. What I wouldn't give to have the same function on my left foot as I do on my right one. This has been a long journey for me, ever since i've had the heel spur its just become a more painful nightmare that I wish would just go
