OBJECTIVE :

 The main objective of our project is to transfer energy using Electrodynamics induction OR Resonant inductive coupling.



Measure output current and voltage across L2 COIL.



Working of wireless led lamp on electrodynamics induction.



Mobile charger on the principle of electrodynamics induction.

Following are the ways which help in incorporating of project: The design of the project is to take energy from the power source and transfer it wirelessly to receiving coil. Hence ac power source resonant inductive is IN PROCES.



Induction coil or magnetic coil or tesla coil ARRANGED of proper thickness and amount. Output Ac to Dc converter circuit studied IS COMPLETED.



 

Circuit component with data sheet IS PURCHASED. Coil L1 transmitting coil and coil L2 receiving coil no. of turn study IN PROCESS



Input frequency, output exact current and voltage value study The frequencies can be matches by both the transmitting and receiving coils, allowing them to communicate together much more efficiently IN PROCESS.



The device operated on output value of coil L2 STUDY IS IN PROCESS.

DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK TO BE DONE-

 The output which is obtained with the help of electrodynamics induction is sufficient to charge the battery whose requirement is 5 volts and 80-120mA current rang e.g. mobile battery, Trimmer, laptop battery, table lamp bulb, wall clock, motor controls wirelessly, electric Toothbrush.

 Electrodynamics induction- is wireless transmission technique of electrical energy between TWO COIL that is tuned to resonate at the same frequency. The equipment do this is sometimes called RESONANT or RESONANCE TRANSFORM.

 Resonant transform work by making coil ring with an Oscillating current. This generates an oscillating magnetic field.

Because the coil is highly resonate any energy placed in coil is dies away relatively Slowly over many cycles; BUT IF SECOND COIL is brought near it, the coil can pick up most of the energy before it lost, even if it is some distance away. The range is up to 2meters

Working explained in the following point below with proper circuit diagram: Ac supply for source is primary part of our project which consists of oscillator circuit.  For ac supply we use COLPITTS oscillator circuit which provide sinusoidal signal at specified frequencies.  Connecting ac supply to coil L1. Coil L1 can be prepared by rotating magnetic coil in circular. The diameter of circular coil L1 is 15cm with 30 no. of turn. Turn may increase or decrease.  Using oscilloscope we will tuned the primary coil until it resonate at desire frequency.  When Ac oscillator current pass through coil L1 it produce energy in coil L1 hence the energy produce in coil L1 is transfer to coil l2 which is near the coil L1.

 Across coil L2 dc rectifier circuit is present which control the amount of resistance needed at the output terminal .  Coil L2 is of DIAMETER 8cm and no. of turn is 15TURN.

 In order to obtain MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY transmitting and receiving coil should have EQUAL no. of turns.  If we want to increase the distance the no. of turn coil L1 should be GREATER than coil L2 but not so much difference in no. of turn of primary coil L1 and secondary coil L2 so that efficiency may decrease.

 For effective coupling the choice of capacitor should be appropriate since capacitor adjust the frequency between two coil hence following formula should be used

 Hence Other capacitor value i.e. across coil L2 can be found by using formula C= 1 4π2f2L  Capacitor is connected parallel with coil for inductive coupling.  In order to take DC power from coil L2 it is necessary to provide a RECTIFICATION circuit between coil L2 and LOAD  Quality factor i.e. Q factor decides the power loss in the circuit Q =wl/r If Q value is low then coil is not effective or no.
