Kudler Fine Foods has a lot of ideas and processes in place to market their products. Kathy Kudler is aware of her target market, and has various avenues to reach out to her clientele. She wants to promote loyalty and keep her clients happy. Kathy knows that developing relationships with her customers is an important part of the marketing process. Kudler’s has an upscale clientele that tends to spend more money on wants and needs because they have a higher income. Giving them incentive to bring a friend could be as simple as offering a discount on a product or even a free product sampler. This will help to bring in new customers, which will increase revenue. Use of Social Networking is a great way to advertise these in-store gatherings. E-mails to send invitations and receive RSVPs can allow for planning the amount of food and wine needed at each event. The target customers for these gatherings should be customers that purchase more often; they can be tracked via customer account information in a CRM system. One thing that Kathy Kudler has offered is an option for customers is to have one of these parties in their homes (even though Kudlers prefer to have it at the store locations).
