This is project is designed for you to get a feel for marketing research. This project will be completed outside of class, but your group will bring AB tests to class on September 22nd. Then, you will bring group’s write-up of research findings on October 6th.

Assignment:
This project is worth 20 points. (About 4.34% of your final grade) Your group is going to think of a marketing question and hypothesize a prediction. (Example: People will be more likely to buy a root beer with a Texas flag on it than without). Make sure you have a clearly defined independent variable (Texas Flag) and prediction (will be more likely to purchase root beer). Based on these predictions, create an AB Test to bring to class to test. Your classmates will take each other’s AB tests, and your group will analyze the findings. In the write-up you will describe how your group set up your study and the scenario. Lastly, you will create a final write-up summarizing your findings and initial hypothesis.

Although the Sumerian stories are older (probably dating to at least 2100 B.C.), it was probably composed around 1900 BC.
