On May 22, 2013, we purchased your Printer XP machine model 222 from your Albany store at 2134 Common Street for $3,500. In the past two weeks, our office has been experiencing problems with the quality of the papers we printing out. We are still covered by the one-year warranty, as it has been eleven months since we purchased this product.

One month ago we noticed the quality of the documents we printed was not the quality that the machine usually displayed. Since then the results have been illegible, and we have ceased the use of this machine causing our productivity to slow down by at least 40%. We have done some research on the problem, and have decided that it would be best to contact you for help.

There are about 40 employees who are dependent on this machine daily. With the rise of this problem, our productivity has decreased and we have lost three potential clients. It is also very frustrating for us to constantly have to wait for our turn to complete what appears to be a simple task.

We would like you to send someone to repair our machine. We only have this one problem with the machine so we expect it to be fixed as soon as possible. However, if this problem cannot be fixed, we would like a discount that will go towards purchasing a new machine from you.
