A Leader must improve the Idea to Commercialization Process: Apple Inc.

As a Leader in either big or small company, one thing that must always be put on concern is to keep the products stay at the top competing with others. One thing that certain is that if a company stops making any improvements towards its product means that the company is going to meet a dead-end to its development. But a good leader won’t let that happen, he/she will always be has an innovation to improve the idea of their products to commercialization process.
One of the famous leader we known for his great innovation is Steve Jobs, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Apple Inc. As he once said, “Innovation distinguishes between a Leader and a Follower”.
Steven Paul “Steve” Jobs, was an American information technology entrepreneur and inventor. He has a great visionary of the marketing potentials as once he’s seen a great business opportunities from a small computer built by Wozniak, a friend in college who turned out to be his co-founder in Apple Inc, and convinced Wozniak to go into business with him. He set up a shop in the garage and began working on the prototype of Apple I with the capital of Volkswagen minivan from his parents.
Jobs keep doing improvement to his products because he believes that such device he creates could give a great impact to the word. It proved after 2 years of opening his shop, he introduced the Apple II. Following with Apple III, the LISA and Apple Macintosh.
In 1983, Jobs was ousted from his own company because of a clash he had with Apple’s board of directors. Using the money from the shares of Apple stock, Jobs launched NeXT Computer Co., with its NeXT Computer which introduced in 1988. Later he switched the company’s focus to software because the Computer was too expensive to attract enough sales. Jobs also took Pixar to public in 1996 by
