INCOME AND EXPENDITURE STATEMENT (Actual Income and Expenses)
Information to complete this statement will be obtained from the production record that you will be monitored on a day to day basis.
Analysis of Project
Here students are expected to make comparison between projected and actual income, expenditure and surplus/shortfall.
Take for example
The project made an actual profit $13,000, while I had forecasted a profit of $20,000. This profit did not take into consideration labour cost (suppied by students), electricity and water cost supplied by school. You are also require using Bar Graph to show their comparison i.e project income v/s actual income and projected expenditure v/s actual expenditure.
General Comments
Here you will be commenting on the overall operation of the project base on what you have done, limitations etc. Conclusion
This is merely a summary of the project and this is base on the outcome of the project.
Recommendations
This should include measures could have put in place in order to maximize productivity/profit. These could include: * Crops should have been monitored more closely * Improve pests and disease management * Increase selling price etc
Recommendations must be base on observation made and recorded as it relates to the project. Therefore, one should not just write recommendations and it is not related to the project and its outcome.
Language
Information must be in logical manner using correct grammar.
