In “GRIT is better than IQ” Angela Duckworth mentions “To me, the most shocking thing about grit is how little we know, how little science knows, about building it” (04:08). Duckworth then comments on how we can build or even teach GRIT. She remarks that there is already a plan set up in order to teach GRIT through “growth mindset” developed by standard university Carol Dweck.
