Cheesy Pigs in a Blanket

Ingredients:

 1 Tbsp. cream cheese, at room temperature
 1 egg
 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
 1/2 tsp minced garlic
 2 large hot dogs Instructions: 1.Set the oven to 425 degrees F to preheat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2.In a microwave-safe bowl, mix together the cream cheese and mozzarella.
Microwave for 1 minute on high, then carefully take the bowl out. Stir the contents, then microwave once more for half a minute.
