The Arthur Alister McGrath wrote in his history of Atheism the quote was the 20th the century gave rise to one of the greatest and most distressing paradoxes of human history that the intolerance and violence of that century were practiced by those who believed that religion caused intolerance and violence (Keller 1950). To practiced something to violent and to believed and control by a religion is not of God or Jesus Christ. Upon my thoughts that was a great example for the person who thinks that they know more than the other person. The author put it like this and I quote “all mayor religions are equally valid and basically taught the same things and each religion sees part of spiritual truth but none can see the whole truth” (Keller 1950) . The bible teaches us and John 8:32 out the ESV you will know the truth and the truth will set you free (NIV 1997). I like the verse because in the illustration which tells about the blind men and the elephant that’s in the room with them that allow the men to touch and feel but the men are in a place of hardened hearts but none of the men could see the big picture or the evidence in the room (Keller 1950) . I believe that when we have person that are very intelligent sometimes we over think if we would only take the time out to see what is really in front of us than we could see the real existence of Jesus Christ and what he created more than control for religion.
