Cinderella As a class we read 3 out of the 900 cinderella stories. We read “Ashenputtle”, “Yeh shen”, and “The Algonquin” Cinderella. These stories are not Disney stories, they are groosom or violent. They have birds pecking out eyes, rocks hurting people, and people being burned.

In all three Cinderella stories the Cinderella character was treated poorly. In 2 out of the three stories the character worn old torn up clothing, in the third story she was burned by the sisters. In all three stories once they either lost their shoe or could see the brother,the prince and Cinderella got married.
