The most important thing I have learned in BUSA 305 comes from the ethics project. I feel like I learned plenty of marketing tools such as the types of personal selling, the diversification model, and the consumer decision-making process. I feel as though these tools will be useful during my life whether I end up being an entrepreneur, a salesman, or a consumer, but I think the best thing I learned happened while doing my ethics project on Volkswagen. The main thing I took away from this project was how to properly analyze an ethical scandal by making my own assumptions about the brand.
