INTRODUCTION
This part of this course work requires me to select one multinational which has their base in Malaysia and discuss in details about how their practices and policies can help to influence their employees career management techniques but first of all I will like to analyze the job market as requested by the assessment criteria and which is also a very vital tool for any business organization. THE JOB MARKET
The job market according to (soft times online) is one of the vital tool in business industries as it helps to recruit and serves as the blue print for future organizations and it is regularly conducted yearly via location of organizations in the case of if a new organization has to be selected.
The job market always kick off with the internal desires of any industry and its prediction of their target market in the long and near future with the estimations of determined workforce that they are going to need and their future trends as this will also help industries to survey competencies and gap analysis skills within the organization, there are also skills and requirements which needs to be fulfilled and they consists of factors such as:
(1). Technological skills: in other to acquire jobs in the job market in this recent times the technological skills and abilities is needed due to the fact that almost every business organization these days tends to work with advanced technological skills such as computers, fax machines and scanning processes.
(2). Educational requirements: in order to gain employment in the job market also a standard and quality education requirement must be fulfilled via your specified area of study as this will help to determine an individual skills and abilities in the process of gaining employment.
