In Balak 24:1-5 it says “מַה־טֹּ֥בוּ אֹֽהָלֶ֖יךָ יַֽעֲקֹ֑ב מִשְׁכְּנֹתֶ֖יךָ יִשְׂרָאֵֽל” this means, how good are your tents Yakov (B'nai Yisrael), the living place of Israel. I think that this is saying that Bnai Yisrael has a nice place to live, meaning that they have a good protection, because God is protecting and watching over them. However, some people might have different interpretations than me. For example, Rashi’s understanding of the Brecha is that Bilam was saying that there was so much modesty among Bnai Yisrael that they purposely set up their tents so that the opening of one tent did not face the opening of someone else’s tents. Another interpretation of the Brecha is Sforno. Sforno understanding is that the “good tents” refers to the tents of study and the tents of meeting. That these are really good because we study Torah there and we spoke to God there. The “משכנֹתך” refers to houses of prayers because Hashem receives prayers there. They are good because they benefit the entire nation even those who don't use it. The combination of the two is what cause Bnai Yisrael to last forever. Ramban’s understanding of the Brecha is that when Bilam says אוהלי יעקב it refers to the good tens B'nai Yisrael lived before they conquered the land of Israel. When he says משכנות ישראל it refers to when B'nai Yisrael is living securely in Israel. This lets Balak know no matter what B'nai Yisrael will get the land of Israel. Balak cannot do anything to
