This survey had addressed a severe issue that most of the organizations faces presently. Why would the product fall from the market? And what could we do to improve it? Brainstorming session on the internet would be an ideal way to discover the current market trends and consumer likeness. More over it may help you to build product that would be aimed for future or on how to improve on the current sales or of the service that they provide.

This project aims in developing a formula in contrast with traditional brainstorming to Brainstorm with the use of Internet which will enable in identifying the current trends and carrying out online surveys such as survey to identify certain demands to products & so on. Companies which are experiencing economic crunch as well whom plans in moving on to the International market will benefit from this formula mainly. This will be helpful to use their creativity to brand their products on to international market. In addition this could be used by any individual for as a decision making tool as well as for a pioneer who’s hoping to develop something new, unique & Innovative.

The report intends to develop on the topic Brainstorming on Internet and later on to tackle between the concepts of Brainstorming on the Internet & the traditional way.

As traditional in Traditional brainstorming session, Internet Brainstorm also generates raw list of ideas. Going through them and evaluating them is considered to be cumbersome tasks due to the fact that some are relating to each other, there may be duplicated idea occurrence and so forth. But considering Internet Brainstorming with the use of technology it allows to voting’s, commentary and filtering of the contents depending on requirement of what ideas would really work out.

Facilitate.com, Inc (http://www.facilitatepro.org/company.htm) has been on business in the development and application of collaboration software tools and facilitation techniques to enhance the collaborative work team environment since 1992. The Idea of brainstorming on the Internet had been put into action by their latest web based software product which allows hosting a virtual meeting or rather conducting a brainstorm session right on the internet for extreme efficiency. Accordingly all the benefits of the Internet (as discussed in this chapter) get bundled up to the brainstorming session.

Chapter 13 Conclusions & Evaluation

According to John P. Mello (2006) "In the consumer products industry, upwards of 85 percent of new products fail after a couple of years in the market” as discussed (in the Chapter 05 Aim of the project) would be evidence for the current crisis that had been faced by the industry. The report had presented a key solution to the problem as to conduct a brainstorm session. The force, the procedures of developing creative, innovative solutions that would truly works. Brainstorming then divides on two segments Traditional Brainstorming and Brainstorming on the Internet.
Even though traditional brainstorming had thrived on, with in the context of the past, it had reaped lots of beneficial solutions. But yet with the current emerging trends, traditional brainstorming sessions appears to be not suiting the current requirments, obsolete and requires consuming time, resources, and money largely. The report conveys its significance by firstly presenting main aspects in conducting a traditional brainstorming session, secondly presenting the key portions of performing a brainstorming session the internet with a research conducted on the internet itself. Internet had been the main source of information flow, due to its popularity.

Brainstorming on the Internet would be the new trend that would come and at present been taken lightly with the current new trend. At present people are getting more complex problems, each day is a challenging day. Even for the same problem same solution may not work out right. As a result most of the people feel given up, stressed at work and most of all they’ll be terrified to make decisions. Every problem that happens is identified as a set back that had happened to them. Even they feared on to tell it to their manager or boss. More over they wouldn’t want to tell anyone of their problems and they tend to act reluctant to perform a traditional brainstorm session for their problems. With the use of this project anyone is expected to do the brainstorm and solve their problems in an innovative way whether by himself or as a team. More over this would be an ideal solution formula especially for third world countries for them to take part in international markets.

This project is successfully conducted to develop a formula for Brainstorming on the Internet along with a contrast with the traditional brainstorming methodology. Finally I would likes to mention that this would be a supreme formula to seek solution for global challenges such as global warming, oil, current economic crunch & etc by the internet which brings all people around globe together with humanity.
