The business has perfect location for a Café;it is situated in Brimbank shopping centre food court. It is situated in the centre of shopping centre. As the shopping centre is quite busy because of the different stores located in the shopping centre such as Target, Coles, Aldi, sports co, Priceline, Millers, Smart and also financial institutes such as ANZ, Commonwealth, Bendigo and NAB etc. Menu of the café includes pastries, cookies, and cakes and wraps which are baked fresh daily and also different types of coffees and shakes. As café is located in the food court and there is no other café in the food court so it is more famous in old age people and shoppers and also the staff of the shopping centre when they take their breaks from their work …show more content…

It helps us to know more about the requirements of the customers and also about the requirements about the market.
