McBride Marketing Plan
The future of McBride Financial Services lies in marketing. McBride is looking to simplify the mortgage application process and provide low cost mortgages. The target consumer will be professionals and retirees looking for a primary or secondary home and families or individuals looking to acquire recreational property. The way McBride markets to these consumers will be how McBride Financial will succeed.

Market Research

Marketing research will be very important. Credit approval is a requirement for a mortgage loan so it would be beneficial to research the areas McBride looks to serve to determine how the local economy is doing. Employment rates can be a sign into how the residents may match the criteria for possible approval. McBride will want to target areas where this is high. Employment growth can lead a community into growth and expansion through new construction. New homes bring in new clients. Research into areas that have plans for residential expansion will help to pinpoint profitable markets for McBride. It will also be necessary to check into the average age group in each area. This information will be beneficial in developing marketing material targeting each group.

Media Use

Getting the word out about McBride Financial Services must tailored towards the audience to be most effective and McBride wants to get their services noticed quickly. Most consumers will get their news from TV and newspapers so marketing ads targeted at our potential customers can be spread quickly and easily through local TV and newspapers. Professionals and retirees are often known to travel. The Professional off for another business trip and the retiree heading south for the winter is common. Both fit within the target consumers for McBride.
