One of the main components of a business is making sure your employees understand their obligations when it comes to working for a business.
Obligations of what employees need to know are shown below:
- Time of Start- Employees need to be able to arrive at work, ready to go, at the time they are meant to start.
- Arrive in a good state- Arriving to work under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be tolerated and will be asked to leave the premises; any repeat offenders may be fired.
- Uniforms- Correct uniform must be worn to work by every employee.
- Report being sick- Employees must report sick directly to the manager before the start of their shift or as soon as possible.
- Honesty- Honesty towards fellow workers and the manager, money handling and services is essential to ensure business efficiency.
