What makes a good role model is certainly arguable to a certain extent, and could be measured by different attributes and achievements. When I think of a role model I think of someone I would like to be, to achieve what that person has achieve, to become a better person , to educate myself to replicate what that role model has achieve. In order to be a good role model in the workplace I will be confident and demonstrate leadership at all levels.
