On the menu, it introduced that bibimbap is “steamed rice with beef, sauted mushroom, spinach, carrot, zucchini, bean sprouts, and onion. Topped with fried egg and served with hot pepper sauce. ”. I did not like the flavor of carrot so I asked a Dolsot Bibimbap without carrot in it. The dish got different colors from the vegetables and meat, which made it looked really nice. The waitress told me stird all the ingredients together, so it is basiclly like a korean mixed rice. The Dolsot, which is the hot stone pot, keeps cooking the rice even after the dish was served. I thought it was interesting and new to me. In Chinese food, we have the dishes called Xiang Guo, which is a hot pot has fire under it to keeps on cooking while serving.
