According to Robbins and Judge (2011), “There are two main forms of communication channels; oral communication and written communication.” Within the two forms of communication channels there are 10 different types; formal reports, memos and letters, prerecorded speeches, electronic mail, online discussion groups, voicemail, live speeches, telephone conversations, video conferences, and face to face conversations.
