After reading the passages on weither or not recycling, and composting intitiatives should be adopted, and put into practice around communties in the United States. I believe that communties around the country would not benefit from this intitiave because, it was make the government worry about non violent or drug related crimes.
While reading these passages, I had a couple flash backs to when I was in middle school, and in high school. I remember in middle school they taught us a lesson on how much left over food from families was thrown away annualy. The school came up with there own method on how to throw away our school lunches. We would all line up, where we would have four buckets to throw away our lunch in. The first bucket was for left over milk in the cartin so we wouldnt stink up the recycle with moldy milk. The second bucket was compost for food we didn't finish. The third bucket was for plastic, like straw wrappers or sandwhich bags. The last bucket or bag was for all of our cardboard trays which would at the end of the day get tossed into the recycle. I don't believe that we should be monitored with computer chips in our trash bins. In doing this, I believe it would be a major violation of perosnal privacy. Also it seems really cost effective to be investing tax payers money for computer chips for trash
