Don't let the large bag intimidate you, just be sure to get the large Ziplock freezer bags and all will be ok! Plus you will have enough flour to last you about a hood six months.

But before you run out and buy the flour, you need to know where you are going to put it. You should have at least on large airtight storage container that you can leep on your counter for regular daily use.

The extra flour which you will place in the large Ziplock freezer

...------------------------------------------------- To: Margarita Torres, Investor in Costco ------------------------------------------------- From: MSF Analyst ------------------------------------------------- Date: 6th November 2013 ------------------------------------------------- Subject: Evaluation of Costco Operational Forecasting Purpose: The purpose of this memo is to provide an analysis and valuation of Costco’s forecasted operational performance over the next 10 years. Appropriation of the Five Factors: Given that the market is highly competitive, the forecast undertaken for the number of warehouses was a conservative approach along with a 5% increase in the no. of US stores. Refer to Appendix 1. Sales per store are considered a significant factor in determining profitability and shareholders’ equity. According to the forecast stated by Margarita Torres, the management expectations might be overestimated ($118m in the forecast, $125m-$150m). The membership per store is a relevant factor in determining the future performance of Costco, given that Costco’s goal is achieving low gross margins. The membership base will contribute directly to the net income and promotes a sustainable income for each store. The pre-tax margin defined by the management is achievable; hence the forecasts in the common size analysis state that the pre-tax margin will be range from 3.12% to 3.53% in 2002 and 2006 respectively. The international expansion should...

...Strategy Formulation Rex C. Mitchell, Ph.D. INTRODUCTION It is useful to consider strategy formulation as part of a strategic management process that comprises three phases: diagnosis, formulation, and implementation. Strategic management is an ongoing process to develop and revise future-oriented strategies that allow an organization to achieve its objectives, considering its capabilities, constraints, and the environment in which it operates. Diagnosis includes: (a) performing a situation analysis (analysis of the internal environment of the organization), including identification and evaluation of current mission, strategic objectives, strategies, and results, plus major strengths and weaknesses; (b) analyzing the organization's external environment, including major opportunities and threats; and (c) identifying the major critical issues, which are a small set, typically two to five, of major problems, threats, weaknesses, and/or opportunities that require particularly high priority attention by management. Formulation, the second phase in the strategic management process, produces a clear set of recommendations, with supporting justification, that revise as necessary the mission and objectives of the organization, and supply the strategies for accomplishing them. In formulation, we are trying to modify the current objectives and strategies in ways to make the organization more successful. This includes trying to create "sustainable" competitive advantages...

...Goldilocks: From family fairy tale to global phenomenon When Filipinos think of Goldilocks, a curious blonde girl and her three bear companions are not usually what come to mind. For Filipino families around the world, Goldilocks is more than a character in a fairy tale, but is a delectable and cultural fact of life.
