Their Deemed Accreditation Status from ACHC, their Home Care Elite Top 25% ranking, our programs of statistical analysis and benchmarking, and the commitment to providing caretakers from their own fully-trained staff ensure that our patients will receive the best care available.
They provide health care services to clients in their homes assisting them to achieve the highest level of potential in their day-to-day, self-care activities.
Family Home Health Services' favorable outcomes currently exceed national and state averages, while our substantial patient education programs give your patients and their families the tools and knowledge to best participate in their care. We focus on the best possible outcomes and maximizing quality of life for all whom we serve. Our commitment to flexibility enables us to meet the varied needs of each patient’s unique condition as well as we accommodate each physician’s goals and requirements.

I would like to specify that I am not part of this organization; 98 percent of my life I was on my own, but I do have a relative working there as a manager. As a brief overview of the organization that I have chosen for my topic, I can say that this organization was founded in 1977 as a family-owned supermarket chain in southern California. Their approach is “Everyone knows that no two snowflakes are alike, so why should neighborhood markets be? (No trick question here: they shouldn’t.) Our sentiment exactly. We’ve created our stores to be as unique and special as our customers. That’s why we’ve adapted each JONS market – each store layout, each building design, each product offering – to the needs and preferences of its specific community. In each case we’ve worked hard to gather so many different types of general grocery items and international items under one roof, so you can spend less time searching for the foods you love – and more time savoring them.” Well, I like that. This approach is showing exactly some things about diversity in general and about their diversity workforce. And here it comes what we call work force diversity, according to their website:...

...| MGMT 591: Leadership & Organizational Behavior | Project Proposal | Charisma A. Watkins | charisma_watkins@yahoo.com | Professor: Joseph Neptune | March 15, 2015 | | Overview of Organization The organization that will be discussed in my final course project is Diamond Blade Warehouse. Diamond Blade Warehouse (DBW) is a privately owned wholesale distributor of diamond cutting tools in North America. Headquartered in Vernon Hills, IL, DBW has 3 subsidiary companies with facilities in 3 states and independent contractors in 15 other states. Like many organizations, DBW has experienced decreased earnings due to the harsh economic conditions and the recent recession. This has led to office closures, integration of departments, and employee layoffs. Employees who were not laid off and who didn’t quit have been subjected to mandatory overtime hours, decreased benefits, and loss of company sponsored appreciation rewards. Over the past ten years Diamond Blade Warehouse suffered a significant decrease in annual revenues but has survived and remained in business by offering new products to its customers and by investing in a successful marketing strategy. DBW also transitioned from keeping inventory to utilizing a drop shipping method to lower costs. While these methods have proven helpful to the survival of the organization, the hard work and dedication of each employee who remained with the organization through all of these difficult changes must be...

...Leadership and Organizational Behavior Project: Brief Proposal of Research Course: MGMT 591 Prof: Kenneth Steinkruger Alain Dillon Date: 9/20/15 Overview The company I choose to research is BNY Mellon. The company was started by Alexander Hamilton in 1784, and it is one of the longest- lasting financial institutions in the world. The company has endured and prospered through every economic event and market move over the past 230 years. This company serves exceptional clients, and many of the world’s leading investors. They rely on us to connect to opportunities in 100 markets across 35 counties. Even though they make such a great impact on people lives, they are lacking in employee satidfaction.. Fox Business has named them the eleventh worst company in America to work for. Even though many employees get along well I can definitely feel the frustration by other unsatisfied workers within the organization. Problem Statement The major organizational problem BNY Mellon faces is retaining motivated employees. with low employee satisfaction A company that has been around for hundreds of years and is stuck in its ways and has a reputation of not caring how employees view them. The problem is displeased employees they often felt they were not paid enough for their services. Also many also believed that promotions were, and rises where often low when they came. So what keeps these people going and pursuing the same accomplishment when their same to be no growth, is it because...

...MGMT 591: Leadership and Organizational Behavior Project Proposal Overview of Organization The organization that will be the topic of discussion in my final project paper is DATLEX NIGERIA LIMITED. DATLEX is a publicly traded, global security company whose headquarters is in Lagos, Nigeria. We primarily sell security doors and cheque security products to banks and other financial institutions. In 2009, the Central Bank of Nigeria revoked the licenses of many microfinance banks and made it mandatory for commercial banks to have a minimum shareholder fund of 25million Naira. This reform affected many banks, some closed down operations while many had to merge in order to meet up. DATLEX went through a significant financial meltdown, as many of these banks are the company’s major clients. During this down turn, many workers were laid off and it affected the culture of DATLEX. It affected the income of the company and thus affected all the staff as a whole. DATLEX went from having a benefits package to having a NO benefits package. They used to have all types of employee incentives and appreciation activities. Employees usually get an official car after three years of service to the company. Now the employees are lucky if they get a chicken in the fall and a bag of rice at the Christmas holidays. Rewards for employees doing well are not there anymore. With the downturn, DATLEX lost a lot of their highly skilled, highly valuable employees. DATLEX always strived to high...
