The key characteristics that are associated with functional mental disorders, minor mental disorders, and manic-depressive behavior have differences. I believe that a person that experiences a manic-depressive disorder is more severe affecting one in so many more negative ways compared to a person having a functional mental disorders or a minor mental disorder.
