As King David wrote in 2 Samuel 23:2-4 “"The Spirit of the LORD spoke by me, And His word was on my tongue. The God of Israel said, The Rock of Israel spoke to me, 'He who rules over men righteously, Who rules in the fear of God, Is as the light of the morning when the sun rises, A morning without clouds, When the tender grass springs out of the earth, Through sunshine after rain,” (2 Samuel 23 2-4 New American Standard Bible). As these words are like refreshing morning dew upon the mind. When a person acquires such a position, it should be an honor. He must strive to be an example in every way; I am not saying that he should be perfect, but, at least, be worthy of the position. Characteristics like honesty, integrity, faithfulness, fairness, kindness, respect of others, and compassion are some of the attributes he must possess. That does not mean that a leader cannot demonstrate strength, courage, and assertiveness. How does leadership differ from management?
