However as a leader it is important that we know how our staff is motivated. Not all employees are motivated in the same manner; sometimes it requires two or three different types of motivation to get everyone on board. If an analysis of your staff is done prior to the implementation of any motivational plan, you will have a lot more success than if you were to go in blind.
