To conclude Dick and Ziering use a qualified psychologist and a credible police officer who both agree that campus rape is an epidemic. Both filmmakers used ethos to explain their message by bringing in former Notre Dame police officer to speak. The former police officer criticizes how rape cases were being handled at the institution he stated how he was not allowed to question a suspect that was a Notre Dame football player.
