-------------------------------------------------
The garages in your building are scheduled to be cleaned starting on Monday, August 28 and continuing through Friday morning, September 1. The work will consist of pressure washing all walls, ceilings, and pipes in the garage area. The cleaning is scheduled as follows: Monday August 28 stalls 13 through 25 beginning at 9:00 a.m. and finishing at 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 29 stalls 26 through 37 beginning at 9:00 a.m. and finishing at 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 30 stalls 3 through 12 beginning at 9:00 p.m. and finishing at 7:00 a.m. Thursday August 31 stalls 38 through 46 beginning at 9:00 p.m. and finishing at 7:00 a.m. Anyone planning on leaving or arriving after 9:00 p.m. on Thursday or Friday must plan on parking in the outside parking lot as the entrance and exit areas will be blocked off by equipment while the garages are being cleaned. Also, all articles in the garage stalls must be removed, including the bicycles. Any items left in the stalls will be considered trash and disposed of. Wall cabinets will be covered for protection. If you will be out of town during this time period and plan to leave your vehicle in the garage, please notify us and provide access to car keys so that your car can be moved at the appropriate time. Note also that we have scheduled additional maintenance and repairs for the Fall. We want to get rid of the grime off the external window surfaces. We also want to put in new appliances. And finally, we plan on taking care of broken fixtures and getting the carpets replaced in the common areas.
