Task 1: Interview with Garret Gieselmen

Garret Gieselmen is the parts manager at NAPA Auto Parts store on Coffeen Ave. in Sheridan, Wyoming. I set up a time with Mr. Gieselmen to get a new perspective on how inventory is handled at a different parts store. Also, if they had faced the same problems that we have run into as well. Most of my questions were based on how they run their store and how it has affected the customer. The following table shows the questions I asked Mr. Gieselmen and the relevancy to each.

Task 2: Interview with Dalton Frederickson Dalton Frederickson is the owner of Dalton’s RV in Sheridan, Wyoming. Dalton’s RV has been in business since 2003 selling campers and rv’s. I set up an appointment to interview Mr. Frederickson to get more intel on previous problems that have occurred in the parts service of the store. The main goal of my interview with Mr. Frederickson was to find out if there have been past problems with the inventory count and with special order parts.
